Support the Internet Archive!
The Internet Archive provides researchers and the public free access to an amazing collection of websites, books, zines, music, games, and more. They catalog changes to websites new and old through their Wayback Machine, and they share media that isn't available elsewhere, like historical 78rpm records.
As governments take down webpages to erase history and media companies restrict access to our collective culture, their work is more important than ever. But their mission is under threat from record label lawsuits and cyber attacks — they need our help!
We ran a fundraiser for the Internet Archive from June 9th to June 15th during International Archives Week 2025. As an incentive, we promised to highlight one cool thing on the archive for each donation and collect them all into a free zine afterwards. (Donors could also suggest a topic, and we received an amazing variety!)
Thanks to 22 generous donors, we raised $514.79!
We're now hard at work researching the submitted topics and putting together the zine. Our plan is to publish the zine in early July; we'll post updates on this website, on our itch.io account, and Mastodon/Bluesky with the hashtag #ArchiveZine2025. Donors who left an email will get a one-time notification when it goes live.

Thank you for your interest in supporting the Internet Archive's mission! Our fundraiser has finished, but you can donate to the Internet Archive (opens in a new window) any day of the year. And check back in July to read our free zine!
